That and this one's stomach plasticbits snapped in two. I superglued it back together but... his spidey senses tingle much less now, lets say.

I'm not sure if they have the exact same model there still, but whats important is the number of articulating joints/bits. Mine's only like, 6", but they have 10-12" figures too I believe. There's also Venom versions... there's a billion versions, it's Spiderman franchise, just make sure they advertise he's super poseable/jointed (@least 34 points of articulation, s'what they often say), and compare how it looks to all the other spidertoys on the shelf <3
