The hard (fun?) part is that the story wants to grow from both ends... =^^;
For instance: Kaiser actually feeds off emotions, so a Grumpy pony is extra good. He explains this in the story, but it is better to show. Usually when he deals with creatures in general it is when somepony is trying to rob his horde. Needless to say, in that circumstance, a lot of hard feelings go around. He has a peace treaty with Celestia that he will not hunt in pony lands, but only in his territory...
So, unless you are trying to take his stuff, he will not nom your butt =^^=
