“Experiment 638 was one of many experiments that Jumba Jookiba had created to not be evil. This experiment was named Siphon due to its ability to copy the powers of any creature or machine it bites or electro-clamps its tails onto. It also has the unique ability, thanks to the permanent energy-infused shield implant in his right arm, to redirect any enemy projectile back at the enemy. It doesn’t block attacks well due to it being weak.”

In a normal state he’s shy and reclusive, but also curious and a sweetheart. He has a tendency to protect those he loves and considers ‘Ohana, no matter how big the foe is. But the rescue would amount to hiding from said foe. He knows some English, but isn’t fluent in the language. He’s practically a kitten, a big kitten at least.

But in his “Scarred” form he loses the reclusive and timid nature, becoming confident and dangerous in combat. His growth is slightly painful, bones growing and skin becoming even more indestructible. His tails turn into strong, elastic hands, allowing him to fight with the great ferocity of Kixx and maneuver with graceful swiftness. His fangs grow a little longer, claws sharper and X-marks & slashes appear looking very much like scars, but aren’t scars at all. The black of the Yin-Yang emblem turn crimson in this state.

Not to mention that, whoever he takes blood or energy from, will allow him to utilize the individual or machine’s power, and boosts his shield implant as well, making it a proper blocker. It leaves the person or machine disoriented and woozy(person) or offline(machine), but will be back to normal after an hour and with some nutritious fruit. The amount that 638 takes determines how long his Scarred form lasts. The scars seem to bleed the power away with smoke in the color seeping from them.

Don’t engage him when he is in his “Scarred” state. He is super dangerous in this form. And do not scare him. He will either run for his life or bite the first person he sees to escape. And watch those tails in his Scarred form. As told the tails are elastic and can stretch a good 10 feet from his body, allowing for acrobatic-like agility and combat prowess. Not a sucker punch you would want.”

Jumba’s Journal #638:
”Jumba created this one special for certain person. While against idea of using my evil genius for good, I knew scary armor-wearing friend missed one he lost. So I take heart he had and did what I could. A new body for strange object. Not sure what “heart” does, but can’t argue. Don’t want to invoke wrath from creature.”
