I think it can qualify as loyalty… or just that she really don't care one way or the other.
In either case, it's not her job to care if she is royalty or not. Kind of reminds me of the Secret Service, it's not their job to care Who the President is. It is their job to protect him (or her). It may seem a bit harsh, but it's not exactly a job that should be taken lightly either.

Autocracies are very different things than most of us are familiar with. If the Tsar is laying out the railway line between two cities, and uses a ruler, and the pencil hits his thumb and makes a bump in the line on the map, then you built a long curve at that point in the route.
