An incredibly wonderful and heartfelt piece for the equally wonderful and heartfelt 
Kaz, of her hyena self coming home to her real life kitty Brigand with a few friends in tow. I was both honored and touched to be brought a piece/concept like this; it's extremely near and dear to my heart as a cat person, and folks with sharp eyes may recognize one spirit in particular because of it. Kaz is also a wonderful person and a joy to work for, so it was a great experience.

I can't believe I forgot to comment here! Thank you again for this beautiful painting. The time and attention you put into it to get everything just right - especially my wonderful boy, Brigand! - is so very much appreciated. I absolutely love it to death, from the details of Brigand himself and Theryn's jewelry to the way you rendered Theryn herself, the softness of her expression and of course, her incorporeal friends. The colors are just amazing, as usual. Thank you!
