my entry for a contest

I've had this creature appear two times in my sleep. It's presence while not entirely threatening would still be intimidating and made me feel insecure and filled me with anxiety. It usually walked on four legs but when approaching me or "talking" to me would stand on it's hind legs. When it made sound (a rarity) it would murmur in a language I couldn't understand...
