Not sure he's got the patience to oversee the Inquisition, though. He'd be a better companion - swap him with Sera. Put the Robin Hood-esque trickster and bandit in the corrupt city full of oppressed poor and powerful rich, and put the freedom-fighting ex-slave in the narrative run by Tevinter magic and elven conspiracies.
