He's probably the laziest Detective in existence. And devotes the majority of his time to catching up on lost sleep. Of course when he's passionate about something he will pour (some) time into it. He pours an especially large amount of time into things involving his closer friends. This was a revisit to an older character of mine who plays a role in the much larger extended universe I have built. operating out of the snow-covered city of Yuki's only detective agency.
