Here is #31 page "Dilon" chapter #5.
For new readers: "WaterWay" - long comic generally about humanoid characters, but about anthro characters is too (but not in each chapter).
For example they are in chapter 1-3 (cat-girls & boys, naga etc), but they not in chapter 4 and 5 etc. But I sincerely hope this history will be intresting for You.
