Cross-post from DA. This is my character Creed, whom I've had for some time but could not draw to save my life. I'm not good at the stocky muscle-fat kind of look. But this came out alright after about fifty different tries. x3

He is half polar bear and half spotted hyena. In his main story, which is set in modern times, he is a linebacker for the Norbrook football team, the Iron Sides. But some ways into his successful career, a bad tackle ruins his knee and it ends up costing him his career. So he retires and, bored and lonely, he starts a self-help group for other "hybrid" anthros, which is how he meets his boyfriend, who is also a bear hybrid.

I am also working on an AU story of him set in a pseudo-medieval universe where he's considered half gnoll and half furbolg, which is just a fancy way of saying he's an anthro hybrid. x3 But Gnolls are not really trustworthy critters so he gets judged a lot. But he takes it in stride, he's proud of who he is, almost too much so, he's got a bit of an ego. In this story, he starts life as a slave who graduates to being a gladiator when he's about 14 years old, and he does well with it until, like in his main story, he is injured and therefore no longer able to compete. So he's sold off into slavery again, passing through a few owners before he is given to an old man as a gift. The old man runs a brothel and while Creed's weird species makes him a less than profitable prostitute, he is a good bouncer and body guard. He and the old man spend a lot of time together, and he learns a lot in the process. When the old man kicks the bucket, he not only outlines Creed's freedom in his will, but he also gives my yeenburr the brothel. So he graduates from a mere slave to a nobleman in ten seconds flat.

He loves it though. He is a smart and talented business man, who is pretty much always DTF, so it's the perfect job for him and he takes to it like a fish in water. And of course the boyf is in this story too- Creed buys him as a slave/prostitute almost impulsively and becomes obsessed with the other bear hybrid overtime until eventually the two idiots figure out that they're in love. It's cute, they're cute.
