Lately I've been doing a lot of background work on Renthani in particular, and the world around it as a whole. The kingdom and the continent of the same name are core to several stories of mine, both short works and larger novel projects. It is, in fact, the home to my fursona of choice, the Hydromancer Faora Argus Meridian (he's from Syrina, for those interested).
Made in Campaign Cartographer 3, a great program though a lot of the sprites I didn't want to use. Consider the symbols representative of idea, rather than what the towns and cities actually look like, heh. And hey, if you guys like this, I might do one for Vasierj, as well!
Oh, as an aside. Yes, I'm writing. I'm writing a LOT. Expect a Christmas deluge similar to that of last year, for those who follow me on Yiffstar!

I should draw up some map-age my self it's been a while since I started planing and drawing maps for stories unfortunately I never really finish my tails so I don't know why I draw maps that cover whole continents, I even map important cities' lay outs and all. I don't know why i go into that much detail I just do.
Going into detail is good, as long as you have the detail that you need. Too much detail can make your world too much for a reader to truly grasp, unless you're telling a story entirely about the world itself rather than one about the characters in it. Maps are great, just be careful not to get too lost in the process. Glad you like, though!
