The monarch of a small kingdom flees to the cursed forest as the great empire conquers his city. It’s in these forbidden ruins that he’s bonded with a sealed symbiote. Now with great power, he will retake what rightfully him, and perhaps even become the new emperor of this world.

But first, he will have to absorb his two loyal generals who has always risk their life to protect him even when both three are still children. It’s obviously a honor to become a part of a majestic god such as him, a shame that they resisted and even showing fear toward their blessed fate.

P/s: I always wonder if the klyntar can assimilate the host’s equipment into itself. Having the symbiote manifesting metal and leather to form armor or clothing would be a pretty good idea I think.
