Commission for  buizel_licks_you

Very fun piece to work on. Don't know why, but Buizels are turning out to be always really
enjoyable to doodle, even though I wasn't really a fan of its design when I first saw it years ago.
Also this one just wants to be friends, as is clearly visible and shouldn't need further clarification.
No I'm not blind, you are~
