some little help from people that draw deers please
i forgot what the thing was called for the asking people what needs to be improved? but what needs that said word on this, i've been trying to find help sheets on how to draw them and found none, so i tried drawing them with instinks and watched bambi again, on what goes where lol.
so any peeps out there that are nice gonna tell me what i need to improve on? anything between those lines lol

Well, the word you were looking for is critique.
As for suggestions...
Deer have antlers - which I see you attempted up there. It may be better for you to look at some realistic deer to see how the antlers actually are shaped:

As for eye shape - give them a more rounded look in the eyes, widen the pupils a bit and widen the iris. Deer are known for the wide-eyed look, hence the Americanized saying "Deer in the Headlights Look", named for when a person is driving and encounters an animal - also the look your man gives you when you say "Hey, I know you're cheating on me." XD
