This is going to sound very odd, but it's a compliment. You have lovely lips and nose. :) See, odd... To me, a persons nose has to be just right for their face or it throws the whole thing out of whack entirely in my mind. Don't know why. Your nose is adorable and plays nice with your facial structure. :)
I see you :D This is a great picture. Yes, the earring, though seemingly the center point of the picture, really ads to the personality and glow of your face. Like light peaking out from a tunnel.

I can't quite say what you feel are the obvious reasons behind your reluctance to do self-portraits, but I can say that between your art, your attractive self, your fur-lined hood and your apparent sense of adventure, I am hereby requesting that we go on a date if my travels ever take me wherever it is that you live.
