Yep, the world's gone haywire again! How does this keep happening!? I'm sure we can blame humans on this one too.
Drawing that first panel took me a lot of time, especially since I am still kinda settling in this drawing style. Very glad how it turned out though!

i see several issues with the way the cuty is designed and it is really bothering me
why is there a tower right next to the teeth? i feel sorry for whoever got a scenic view of a bare cliff face like 30ft from the window.
why are there only 2 roads stemming from downtown on this side?
it's a coastal city, why are there no docks or a port?
why did they build all the way out here when there is still so much empty, flat, and open land much closer the the teeth?
why did they build on one mound but not the other?
why are the windows on foodstuffs and co boarded up when the glass isn't even broken?
why am i like this?

let see from just looking around
it seem the local few plants are ok and the wild life what few there seem be not infected or dead meaning
biological or bio engineer event happen
omni-directional wheel - very very plausible of happening since there are very 1 to 2 vehicle that have something like that in real life market
humans - we have one skeleton and one being face down with rather sharp claw nails that would make "baba yaga" proud meaning a transformation event into zombie or monsters, but as the yinglet reacted they can be affected and possible one the food creature these monsters eat, since there is a skeleton of a yinglet near the " A lotta in the store" building
possible fresh water from the water infrastructure might be still working depending how the systems was set up since the ocean is still salt water and most beings need fresh so it possible they water system set up to keep going with out long term maintenance
From the looks of the towns near the teeth or mountain means the place were the yinglet would be is a downtown area or the lower class folk.
and to answer the person about a dock chance are the area where the yinglet is is lower downtown there the dock are not at since ith the poor part of town and the house (clans near the teeth and the docks would be near where people make money at
Long distance communication equipment that not satellite seem to be on top of the teeth t give it the farthest range, so if i am doing my math right and estimating the range one cellphone tower has the range of at least 10 to 15 miles depending on the area and weather
and there possible TV station as well meaning it range is any were from 30 to a 100 miles bases on it wattage range of the transmitter. and radio would have same 30 to 100 mile range and in event like these radios tend last the longest.
The power infra structure as well might be near the the teeth or some were else since it looks like it down till some one get it going again depending how it powered
since we have a plant growing along the building up to the signs estimated time from it point of source would be any were from 2 to 15 years depending on the growth rate since the event happen
With the foodstuff doors some one set a possible trap since we see a water hose and a large enough cup for at least a yinglet put it snout in to drink water , There is also can goods still in the store shelf's but from the look on the yinglet face it a very dangerous to do so to what ever event has happen.

The inner salvager in me beg to give you idea for salvaging that one you possible character could use
-different lengths of pvc pipe + metal binders + good grad string or a wheel plastic string and a hook or nail curved as a hook= fishing pole

-metal barrel + cans + Nuts and bolt + screws+ metal cutter = barrel stove with can chimney (( heating and cooking )) since there is a possible gas line
-plastic bottles 1.5 liters + plastic tubing + wire + pvc pipe acting water reservoir+ dirt = hanging window garden (( small scale gardening ))
-large coffee can + mouse or rat trap + heavy grade small square wire + wire pieces + metal cutter = live trap ( from mice, rats , to squirrels ))
- large coffee cans+ small coffee cans + heavy grade wires = portable can rocket stove ( mobile stove )
- 5 gallon bucket with lid + 1 toilet plunger with holes drilled into it = hand power washing machine ( cleaning clothes )
- 5 g bucket or 50g barrel + pvc pipe + valve + shower head or sprinkler = shower ( small one mobile big one for a more permanent place)
- toilet lid + milk crate+ 5 g bucket + salvage mope handles + zip ties = a usable bucket toilet
-stolen solar light from gardens +dark tape = rechargeable solar lights for reading and night stuff (you be surprised how many those get stolen and the varieties they have )
-stolen water hoses + out side water facet + barrels = water source and water storage
- milk crates+ pine needles or sort material+ sheets +heavy duty string = above the ground basic bed frame (permanent place )

Mainly you look around those sites you can find some interesting use for something some one thought was trash for example a a water tank for large animals could double as a small swimming pool for yinglets or of they are smart enough few metal pipes and thick tarp or thick plastic can make a improvise pool.
