Dunno I kinda dropped the ball on this one. anywho, his nickname is Inu Karu. he can manipulate water. using the moisture in the air to make a mental picture of people. also the large sword is a chain blade. when swung, the serrated part comes off the end a bit and swings like a bladed whip.
