Meet Foxanne's long lost cousin, Regina Venti! She's basic like Foxanne but more chill.
I tried to give her tail some texture and floof to it but it was just kinda hard to do it with a cell shading style. She was originally going to wear shoes but they were too hard to draw so I just left her barefoot.
A friend of mines gave me an idea for the name, reminds me of Mean Girls. haha
