Susan has spent almost her entire life dedicating herself to cooking. It is her passion and a labor of love that has brought her fame and fortune. Unfortunately, she has to sacrifice a lot of time that she could use to be with friends and family. Susan makes do by making sure the time that she does get with her family, friends, and wife are spent well and without much regrets. More over, she closes down her restaurant during major holidays and for one month of the year to let everyone rest and have much needed time with loved ones.
