Indeed, quantum chinchillas appear if but momentarily at all corners of the world. Upon arrival they cause planetary torsion fields to fluxuate leading to volcanic activity.
Interestingly enough they are part of the natural cycle, the resulting ash plumes not only lead to bathing dust but also induce a climatary cooling effect.
