I went to the zoo yesterday with the hope of getting some nice animal yawn shots for my GapingMaws account, where I took a couple of shots that made me smile and had to share here. ^_^

And finally, because there simply aren't enough photos of these big fellas, here's a cute capybara. ^_^

He was all the way at the back of the enclosure, but it was at least in the sun, so able to get a nice shot of him.

I always hate listening to people when at this enclosure.
While most kids see them as big, adorable guinea pigs, the parents are always giving an "Ewww, a giant rat." type of derogatory remarks.
