This is Celeste's main outfit as she is a goddess in her realm. I absolutely adore this outfit and its small details! Though I think they are best said by the artists. "so the glowing rings around her wrists and ankles are representing saturn's rings and where she can harness additional magical energy from - the azure blue circles in her necklace and horn accessories represent celestial bodies/galaxies, encased in the small beads. i imagine they'd probably kinda look like marbles up close. & the strings they're attached to are made from stardust"
