Just Becker hanging out in the city canal, doing... I don't know. What do people even do in dystopian cities?
For the background, I took a lot of inspiration from Half Life 2. I still wouldn't classify this as fan art though, since I tried to do my own thing. So just view it as Diet City 17. But y'know, with furries.
