The derelict of old warships dot the galaxy, relics of a civil war that threw the known universe into chaos. Within them lies the restless spirits, whose souls had been twisted by the evils of war. Whatever these spirits are lost within the darkness, needing a light to guide them to the afterlife, or malevolent souls who reveal within the darkness, it was Eva Vallivia who volunteered to exorcize these derelicts.

These old warships are a threat to any system they come across through its years of drifting in open space. Because of their massive size, a special division is needed to salvage these ships. But, the inner bodies are full of toxic bioforms, red mold, and bathed in radiation. Along with being home to the violent spirits of its former crew.

Because of Eva's powers, she is one of the very few who can brave the horrors within. This is a job that she takes no joy in but knows that many count on her abilities to save millions of lives. Though with those powers, the supernatural aura within these ruins has the ability to lock Eva out of some of her powers. Leaving her weakened and less flexible. Nevertheless, she is adaptable.
