It's a mystery, thriller, romance following a detective named Dustin Thorne (the grey one) as he and other members of the Strandherd Police Department track down a vicious serial killer. After a horrific event Dustin finds himself in a downward spiral which causes him to leave the force. After he returns nearly two years after said event he focuses his resolve on catching this killer. The story is an exploration of "human" nature and how people cope with the push and pull of life, as well the relationships that hold us together as people.

Just saying that I got that thriller vibe, that feels like it's gonna be big. Like real big. :D
I'm not gonna express my full thoughts on To Dust, it would be too long xD but know this, it's good so far, it's really good :P
