The longer you stayed in the plush's presence, the more its features seemed to decay. The fabric around its face seemed to shrivel and fold in on itself in a grisly way, creating a sunken visage. It almost seemed like there was something underneath that the fabric clung and sagged against, looking more like a haggard skin. Rows of raised mounds formed around its silly, stitched grin as its eyes burned blue. The stitching below seemed to shred itself apart from one end of its grin to another, like a zipper, revealing a very real pair of nasty jaws.

And then the plush started growing...

More skunk plush monster stuff because Neltruin was offering more detailed work so we can get ALL THE GOODNESS in there!

REALLY like the half-and-half look here, as if he's transitioning from one side of his face to the other. It really creates a creepy look that I can't get enough of! Plus I really like the difference in grins from one side to the other, and the eyes!

But yeah, still ironing out specifics and details about this guy, but discussing with Neltruin really sold me on like a "second skin" sort of idea, almost scarecrow-like, where the plush kind of just sags against the monster "inside." Leaves room for some creepy shapes and looks, especially around those teeth. >w>
