This is how I think the cops look like in the Little Nightmares universe. 
"Gasping and wheezing, the tall and thin figures roam the misty city streets in search of of hooliganes and hoodlums. While their lazy, obese superiors enjoy their statuse-given privilages, anxiously awaiting for the arrivle of the mysterious Maw, the Constables patrole the city tirelessly and singleminedly."
