Introducing a character I've long had in mind for my rat series, but never posted any artwork of till now. May I present...


Natalia NaRatta


A self-proclaimed 'adventurer', she serves as the mysterious exotic newcomer that many soaps and dramas feature. Natalia doesn't say much about herself, other than that she always likes to be where the most is happening. Its unclear if she is as rich as she looks, or putting up a front. Many rumors surround her, varying from where she's been, where she's from, who she's been involved with (both romantically and otherwise), yet few have been confirmed.

One thing that is clear, however, is that once she arrives in Ratropolis, she takes a keen interest in the going's on of the DeRatry family... and one particular rodent finds her arrival very significant. ^^


Fun fact: it was this Carol Burnett sketch that not only inspired Natalia's outfit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6VUa0SLTik (skip to 5:27), but also inspired me to start this whole series. So really, this was the very first one that I sketched out, but decided to hold off, since I hadn't introduced Natalia just yet.
