For the 70-94 usd you will get the cell shaded artwork (simplest shadows as here https://www.deviantart.com/margony/art/Starry-792725719), for 95 and more - normal shading as in all my gallery.
The wings and horns in the picture are optional.
Bust size can be changed. Hairstyle on the sketch is just for an example.

- I Need good reference\pictures of your character.
