Well, I am not good at this kind of thing so I will make it short and with the important details forward ;
2Months ago Elsa started to have strange wet cough fits, it happen once to twice a day, during 5-10mins.
She cough, have gag reflexes, etc.
I went straight to the Vet because her health is important.
They examined her, did an X-Ray, and prescribed anti-inflamatory medication to make sure it wasn't pneumonia or something similar.
This was 375.56$ CAD, but with Taxes it went 431.80$ CAD.
Sadly, this didn't worked.
Now, I have to go back and this time, they will have to keep her half a day, do a general anastesia, clean her throat ( I do not know the word in english ) and send samples to a lab to see if it is bacteria-linked.
This, at all, is estimated at 574$ CAD, but with the Taxes and all it goes at 659.96$ CAD.
So in Total, this has been 1091.76$ CAD, and we still don't know what she have.
The first part was paid via credit card, the second part will be too ( I refuse to wait and put her health at risk ).
I would be very happy for any donation, any form of help :c.
I am dealing with Hôpital Vétérinaire Victoria.
Address:
325 Rue Lawrence, Greenfield Park, QC J4V 2Z5
The case is under the name Jessica Morin, for Elsa.
( Please ignore my dead name. I wish I could avoid using it at all, but it's my cat's health and that's more important to me than my personal comfort. )
The pictures of the Vet bill will be included on this gofundme page.

More about Elsa :
Elsa is a cute tiny Siamese lady.
She was born on the 12 December 2013.
I am her only owner, she's always been with me.
I adopted her the same day I was diagnosed with a crippling depression, and she's been my reason to live since.
I am extremely attached to her, and will always do everything for her health, as she always was there in my down moments and keeping me out of the worse thoughts!
She is sterelized, not declawed! She get a pretty handmade nailtrim, and she loves it. That and being loved are her favorite hobby.
She is extremely obsessed with me too, and will follow me, talk to me, do everything. When I have a problem, she will go fetch my room mate and scream at him until he comes see what is going on.
She's a very good girl, always had been.
Now it's my turn to support her and help her.
I cannot continue witnessing her having issues to breathe like that. Each time she's done coughing and gagging, she looks at me with her eyes full of liquid because it was preventing her from breathing correctly, and it breaks my heart.
So please, help us!
Help spread the word!
PS :: Yes, I did "shop around" the vet places. This was the best one in price/quality. I could had went cheaper but the reviews on the other places were horrible. So yeah, dont suggest me that, please, i already considered all my optioms and made the best decisions according to it.

I actually used to have a siamese that had the EXACT same issue. He lived to be almost 20, with going 10 years with that cough and a sneeze routine. I'm not sure what caused it, as he had it when we took him in, and the whole time we had him. He was a fighter to the end, but eventually, it started getting really bad and we had to put him down this year. We never got a solid diagnosis on it for the innumerable times he went into the vets around here. So I guess, if it helps, it didn't really impact his quality of life much that we could tell.
Based on what worked to help him, when we gave him steroids for other issues, it seemed to help him, and then would eventually return, which always led me to assume it was something viral.
