My company offered me a wide selection of gifts to choose from as a way of thanking me for 30 years of service at my job. I’d been thinking recently of adding a ukulele to my herd and when I saw this in the gift catalog, I jumped at it.

This is a High Tide model from Luna Guitars (the same company that manufactured my Vista Bear guitar). The abalone inlay around the sound hole looks fantastic. The body is made of koa, with a mahogany neck and walnut fretboard.
