In this day and age of cheap printers and digital archives and printing the rules are changing. If the readers want something, they can help make it happen, or donate to see more of it, or contribute to make it better than a minimal job. I like it that way, myself. It also means a person has 100% control over how their product comes out, and how much it costs in the end.
