I'm going to guess you're very, very young and are still figuring out what you want to be. Yes, Spyro was around since the mid 90's, on the original Playstation. Some videogame snobs insist everything after the original trilogy was crap, or maybe just that the Spyro series failed to adapt to changing times. If you look closely, the first three games have the framework for the Ratchet and Clank series all laid out, just in dragon form.
