The whole hulking alter-ego thing was always an interesting idea to me, but what really intrigues me is his power to alter others as well. that detail makes me wonder if he was perhaps more ambitious and less ethical could he easily cause an epidemic as a patient zero and turn wide swaths of a population into mutants like him?
also is this a complete rework of an older character you had? the howler seems familiar though I think it was much different than it is now.
