While the whole Easter Bunny thing, as best as I can tell, a fairly modern invention, it's hares rather than rabbits that are most traditionally involved with mythology. So, much as I normally tend to favor rabbits, a hare is actually somewhat more traditional Easter fare.
Regardless, she's adorable. I love her fluffy, oversize sweater and long braids. The slightly aged, worn look you've given this piece is really neat, too. I like the old postcard look it has, which gives it a pleasant sort of nostalgic feel.
