Are you using zbrush?
Your model looks good, but if you want to make it a bit more presentable id recommend switching from the Red wax mat-cap to something like basic material or white cavity mat-cap
Id also recommend doing a best preview render because you get shadows, AO, SSS etc. really quickly with ability to control all of there settings individually. You can push a lot more of the detail in your work out that way. I suppose it really depends on what your going for though but if you really wanna show off something there is lots of cool things you can do.
