I made some pattern modifications, enlarged it and had some trial and error working out how to do this with minky but I got there. Long story short I couldn’t do the ‘skeleton’ well - so I have a doll skeleton I need to skin somehow. I have plans to do my second oldest OC dragon elf lady. Anywhoozle…

Spiderman here is soft, not jointed or wired. He’s meant for hugs.

This doll features machine embroidery, designed and executed by me. The highlight is some very tricky RIT Dye More fabric painting.

The trick was actually baking the minky to dry the lines…. Set the dye like a gem. So the lines are the same texture as the rest of the minky.

This was part of a trade with a close friend who wishes to remain nameless - she finished her end of the trade but hasn’t posted art yet. <3 it’s okay though.
