For the Tepkk Comission!
For those of you scratching your head at the text a popular saying among Inquest and Asura in GW2 now is 'Remember, we care!' which is said by an Inquest AI in a heavily overrun and damaged city called Rata Primus. Said when most of Management is dead or turned into zombies and the facility is falling apart. So its become a meme of sorts in the Asura community. But as Tepkk is just a silly ground trooper at Rata Sum I thought it would be cute for him to try and take the saying in a more friendly way - and totally not for his out-of-Inquest honey bunches hes trying to not mess up the situation of.
So heres some moar of Tep's work stories but starting with a reply from his Sister that worried him a little. She was formally working at Aquanarium Hydropost but was kidnapped as well as a good amount of the staff by Hylek. Its been mentioned a few times in his entries but heres a little brief. She was held for four days before Director Vexxis (Mouth) finally told him where she was and assigned him on the team to rescue her. The rescue was successful but Kizz became infatuated with an Inquest 'Stealth Operative' (Assassin) named Verikk that was part of the rescue as well. And now seems to be affected in another way as well.
Will be happy to answer questions about Tepkk or Kizz, the Inquest, or even small responses as Tepkk in the comments to other residents of Tyria! This will hopefully be a semi ongoing series as writing as Tepkk and his family has been a good bi daily exercise.

Excellent stories Brother. It really helps the day go by here. Even though I'm not currently being shouted at by Hylek and drugged by their food while trying to think of a plan through the hunger I almost...wish that was still going on. Not that you need to worry I'm developing some kind of fetish for danger or anything but it was SOMETHING happening.

At least I can talk while I type. Gives me something to do. The HeadReds claim this will only be temporary but you know how long it takes them to decide and then actually put the plan they decide on in motion. I could be here for likely two weeks minimum. I think they even claimed it was for my safety and mental health after being rescued from such a traumatic experience. Traumatic! The Hylek! Hardly!
I mean I had to watch them drown the Manager of Aquanarium and stab several needles of venom into the research head but it was something different! Something exciting! Made me feel like we were doing more than watching test tubes blob and lights flash and flicker. It reminded me back when I ran PR with you. When you'd get the drunk Human Tourist who was trying to cuddle the guard Golems. Or the time that Charr was trying to eat the tour guide they had hired. That was something out of the norm. Something exciting. Something to actually remember! But here and even at Aqua before the murders and torture there's nothing! Just screens and numbers and boring observations of boring work that I have to put into this data console. Oh sure it may help the Inquest at some point but why do we need a Genius to do this! This is Intern work not scientist stuff.
Its why I've been trying to sneak searches of that Assassin that helped dispatch the Hylek chief during the rescue. He was quite the specimen of an Asura and I'm sure he has nearly all of his days exciting and interesting. I doubt I have the physical skill to be his partner...heh...partner in violence or anything like that but I'm sure he wouldn't mind for lack of a better word an eye in the sky. A voice in his ear. A brain on the airwaves. Sitting back and scoping out the place perhaps in a comfy chair and one of those new fangled floating hover golems. Maybe we could sneak into some off site *REDACTED* base. Maybe even a Bookah location. Stab some fools, grab some juicy intel, and then get out before they even see the lights are flickering. Thats some data I would input happily. Something I helped to do. Not just something I was handed to do that I don't even read to remember.
Variety is the spice of life Brother! And violence is a good substitute! If you can find out anything about that Assassin I'm sure he has a file somewhere you could pull up being PR let me know or at least keep the stories coming. Kizz out.

New half job?
I will try not to sound like a Human Kizz but your last message did worry me. I know you told me not to worry but I am. I am worrying about how casually you spoke into your station about that. But to not potentially drive a wedge between us I will not speak of it further than this.
In more pleasant news I do have and have had a semi new job these past few weeks. I mentioned Director M...Vexxis earlier and as you know he sent me on the mission to rescue you as mainly a +1. That was more than just a one off thing and the Team I joined for it I'm now an official member of. I believe Vexxis meant it to be a punishment after he was umm...displeased with how I spoke about him. To his face. It was very dumb of me and probably almost led to my death but I try not to dwell. But Manager Vizz was in the room as well and he hired me into his Team as a way to save me and get extra Asura-power in his team. I tend to do PR only around half the work time now and the rest I'm down at the H.I.V.E at the docks and helping around the lab.
Funny isnt it? At least a little I think. That we both started in PR and both in our own ways are now helping in labs. But you may have seen Manager Vizz walking around before. Short youngin, white hair, bright red eyes. Looks very stereotypically Inquest if I do say so. Especially as hes often in a uniform so people don't think he's still in College or younger. I do kind of feel bad for him that he gets so much ridicule about his height but it is quite an easy target. I do also owe him for saving me from getting the full Director Vexxis punishment but so far hes just happy to have me around. At least I think so? Hes a skilled Chronomacer despite his age at least...Maybe thats why hes so small? A self experiment gone wrong that he won't tell us about? Note to self look into.
Its a very odd Team really with him leading it and then a medical officer named Zev. Hes even odder than Vizz as I think something happened to him when he was younger that did something to his mind. He acts very unlike other Asura and tends to not appreciate the gravity of serious situations but on the flipside take mundane things very seriously. His real interest seems to be Auditory studies but hes shoved onto Medical just to have somewhere there I believe. Then again lots of Asura have more going on that what you can tell by their hat so I shouldn't try to claim I understand anything about them two before I know for sure.
Your steely eyed Inquest Stealth Operative isn't in the Team before you ask. I only know his name is Verikk as I've 'spoken' to him a few times in less than ideal circumstances.
Then theres four women in here who mainly seem to be around to be grouchy and provide muscle. Telln, Tori, Rixxie, and Meihi. I think Mei may have been a Stealth or still is a Stealth Operative perhaps even for Director Vexxis so maybe she would know your crush. I'll see what I can find out. I don't think any of them like me too much as they see me likely correctly as a third golem arm (third wheel). That was shoved on the team for no reason really. As I said I don't blame them for their interpretation of me I just hope I can prove myself a little to make less animosity between us. A less stressful work place is a more productive one after all.
I'm working on fixing the 'you cant fight only talk' thing I've heard before from one of them. Perhaps funnily enough through another female who is in that Jules Krewe I mentioned before. Each time I've met her up till now shes shown a good amount of physical skill and I'm hoping she can give some pointers or perhaps even lessons. But going to leave her name out of the report unless she gives me the go ahead.
And you also mentioned finding a friend outside of work and uhh...I HAVE been working on that. But I will 100% not mention anything more than that in this possibly shared recording. If you want to know more when we both meet up again in person and are not on the clock I'll tell you. I'm sure you'll laugh but its been very nice so far. A lot of stress off my mind despite the time I nearly had my teeth knocked in. Fuuuun times.
