She's constantly checking reflective surfaces to make sure her peach-fuzz fur is in pristine form and her flyaway hair hasn't gotten anymore unkempt than it normally is.

D'aww, she's adorable!! Somehow, her vain-ness makes her that much more adorable...and it's to be expected of cat-like pokemon...or anything feline in nature. They're aloof, vain creatures that demand to be treated as the gods and goddesses they were once considered, heh. I'm sure being part of shallow and superficial beauty contests from early beginnings only feuled that latent affinity for self-admiration.

love her expression and I especially love your description of how Cute Charm works. Like the contrast in her personality: quiet and shy, but vain as well. The inclusion of some of the insecurities that teenage girls have is a nice touch too. like stated earlier, i too hope she gets past the self-harm issues.
