Out of all of Remi's many, many cousins (he has 17 of them, with another on the way soon), his favorite would definitely have to be Lyonette since she's the one he can relate most to... all the others seem to take life just a bit too seriously for his liking. So when he heard that her parents were considering sending her to a battle academy after she began showing considerable skills, remi did everything short of forging their signaures on the paperwork to make sure that his cousin would be able to attend the PCA. And now that she's here, he's quite thrilled that the two of them can finally team up and terrorize the school.

Wait, did I say terrorize? I meant... no, no actually terrorize would be an appropriate word. Never mind.

Lyonette tends to share the same weird sense of humor and unique outlook on life that Remi has, though she tends to be a bit more excitable and impulsive than he is. As for her moveset, it's largely based on the philosophy of "oooh wow that looks cool I wanna do that!!!"... granted it meant she needed a lot more practice (and a lot of painful stings with one certain move) to really get a handle on them, but the end result can be fantastic against an unsuspecting opponent. Which would be most of them, really.
