Well... This may potentially be among the super heavyweight stones in my collection. Retail on rubies over 3 carats is often ludicrously staggering. To combat some financial issues, I've posted this on OfferUp, and have made an appointment with a local jeweler to inspect it, as well as several other stones to potentially make an offer. I figured to at least post it here as well, regardless of it sells or not to at least have a log/record of at least having a chance to own such a staggering stone.

For now, I am open to taking offers, but I will likely be holding off on selling this below my current asking price on OfferUp ($650), at least until the other jeweler has a chance to make an offer on it, as there is a chance I may be able to fetch a bit more than my current asking price, depending on his recent luck lately in finding larger rubies.

If the fellow jeweler and I cannot come to an agreement, I will be reposting this with an official price tag for FA's private transactions.
