So here we have Skippy in CARS world and the story goes:
One day Skippy was driving to make a delivery of moonshine to help with The General Lee so it'd be faster to get people's moonshine to them faster. It was a glorious day until Rosco pulled Skippy over. Skippy explained that he was only helping a friend drop off a package/ He had already collected money from customers $89 dollars and he was doing good. But then, Rosco took it after Skippy proved he wasn't doing anything wrong and he was getting money from customers by the roads since The General Lee had divided up the directions evenly on where they lived at. Skippy protests "Now just a minute Rosco, That's for the farm bills." and Rosco said he would take it as tax to Boss Hogg for the amount of what Jesse owed on his farm. Angry, Skippy preaches it to Rosco on how Ruthless and no good Boss Hogg was. Rosco warns him that he was mighty preachy and he would be thrown in jail for high treason of Boss Hogg. Skippy lost his temper and shouted as loud as his soft and mellow toned voice could reach "GET OUTTA MY FACE!!!"

That moment, Skippy pushes Rosco to move it a few inches. He starts bashing bottles of moonshine on Rosco's hood saying "You want taxes? I'll give you taxes." Nearby Daisy Duke (In her Jeep form) pulls out and watches in shock. Rosco arrests Skippy and has the police impound tow truck pick him up. She tells herself "Oh no...I'd better tell General Lee." And away she went.
