YES - the ETA was accurate


Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
yes I told them about the jaw not opening well, the pain in the forehead and that it was hard to get one as well; I even sent the head back after megaplex 2018 to get fixed up. I received it in december of 2018 for the second time.

They fixed the fur around the mouth to allow for the beak to open more, added a chin cup, and a zipper. They didn't fix the forehead pain at all and sent a bit of foam wrapped in lycra with the head.

The chin cup helped a lot! same with widening the fur at the mouth! everything else looked to be rushed.

The zipper was a bit of a mess when i got the head back; yes they installed it but it was raggedy and not well hidden

the back seam had been removed and the zipper was sorta just slapped in, there were holes around it

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head was not really all that comfortable, I managed to wear it for the con with an extra bit of foam wedged into it, but still left me with a lingering ache after wearing.


this was removed from the head, this is the padding, i'm not happy with the 2 thin foam 'padding'

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The head is spot on to the reference and I adore how it looks, i sent them the same base my other Edasich head is built on so the beaks and face shape match real well.

there are just two spots of concern the ear where the fur wasn't brushed out of the seam b4 airbrushing

both of these are small and don't really detract from the looks of the head, and overall i'm satisfied with the way it looks.

How was your concept art realized?
It was nearly perfect and I have no complaint on the appearance over all.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
We matched the furs from the suit to the head so it looks amazing with the body suit, the markings match up very well.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
it was very easy to contact them! there commission sheet was very straight forward.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
overall it was good, near the end of it though around the time I send the head back for some fixes they dropped the ball. I got a notif on FA that they were going on hiatus w/o any contract from them first about the head; but as a paying customer i would have expected to hear from them before this sort of news first, Alas I did not and spent a few days wondering if I would ever get the head back. I think I reached out to them, or they reached out to me after a couple days from that FA journal; to let me know the ETA.



How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Moderately satisfied, the outside head and the good level of communication was nice. They even fixed some of the issues I was having with the head when I sent it back.




How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Initially there was a lot of progress, and I was really happy I'd be getting the head way before the con, but it didn't turn out that way, I did receive it before the con but it was like a week before and not a month or so like I initially thought. xD

there was a few bits on the head that look very rushed to me (the ear and the bleed).


Are you happy with the product you received?
I really like the way it looks, but i'm still working on making it wearable so i'm torn.




Describe your overall experience with this maker.
The experience was pretty good with this maker, they are good with communication overall. I'm torn because I like this head, I like the maker, but as a fursuit head it is nonfunctional currently. I'm putting in time to fix it because I really like the way it looks.
