MSS - Minig space suit traning. basically knows how to handle. Heavy mining and engneerical space suits
TMV - terrestial minig vehicles. Permission to drive such

Also he wanted it be old and worn looking as well.
VMV - void-based mining vehicles
Scratched red mark in a left of photo means that he used to be conscripted into army.
