I'm back in the U.S. now, there was definitely not enough time to do everything we wanted!
Ohhh thank you for letting me know that's what it is, some friends brought me to this area, so I didn't have a name for it at all! I was right by the Ferris wheel in this photo but we decided we were too tired to try it this time around.
