Sometimes, especially after being hurt, you're going to be thinking that everyone that tries to help lift you up is just going to throw you back down. But, don't listen to that doubt, that voice, that acts like it's trying to protect you... It will push you further away from people that could and do genuinely want to help. Yeah, it sucks to be rejected by people you care about, used, betrayed, whatever it is that drove you away from people. But it doesn't mean that everyone who wants to be your friend- will take it away just because you're down.

Sometimes, your friends truly do just want to raise your spirits <3
