Speedo, studs in right ear, and some sort of flowery tattoo on the left shoulder.
Alternatively, some sort of life guard uniform over the speedo.

And a pool or beach in the background. :3

From what I've seen, swimmers tend to be more heavily shouldered. And Phelps has creepily large triceps.
I get more of an impression of, like, distance runner from this guy, actually.

tattoos o.o;;; and if hes gay one of those rainbow bead necklaces....clothes? leave em out XD ....if he -really- needs some....baggy black pants and a nine inch nails shirt :3 but thats just my rpeference :P ....to accentuate his curves (which are lovely, btw...) skirts and tight fishnet shirt...mmm sexy ^^
