A clone. To think they'd had the audacity to clone him. Regardless, it mattered little. With the last of this inferior copy's tail rapidly vanishing into his oesophagus Ridley knew he wouldn't have to suffer this insult for much longer. Such a feat might've been impossible for him before he was remade in this new form, enhanced beyond what he would've previously thought capable, just as this inferior copy entombed within his steadily expanding stomach was finding out. Even if this clone of him was every bit as capable as he had been, they wouldn't last long in the acrid pit of his gut, of that much he could be certain. Already ominous gurgles and grumblings accompanied the muffled sounds of his prey's objections to their new status as little more than food. He couldn't help but feel a smug satisfaction at the thought that. It had presumed itself his equal, but his stomach was happy to prove otherwise.
