A world were the power of science and magic has evolved society in two drastically different ways of life. And two great neighboring cities. One being the city of Fluorite. A grand metropolis filled to the brim with all sorts of technologies. From huge decorative flying ships. Small helper robots ready to work throughout the city. And crowded with tall and very lively buildings covered all over in many lights. If there's any place in the world to find one of the most fun filled bustling streets around, its the City of Fluorite.

And then there's its neighbor. The magical grand city of Zincite. A sophisticated and cultured place populated almost entirely with witches. The power of the mystical rule here. And most that live in it use it for almost everything they do. From building amazing towering structures, to small yet beautiful great works of art displayed all over the streets. Even the main mode of transportation in the city is by magical broom stick. Witches can be seen all over the skies above the city just casually going by the daily routines.

With the two cities being right next to each other, there would have been lots of chaotic clashing culture socks through out their long rivaled history. To Avoid any more conflicts, it was decided for both of their benefits to crate a huge new collage called The Dual City Institute. A place to combine aspects of both cities and teach the citizens of both sides to work together and inspire each other. Where students are allowed to show off their ideas and talents to the world. Many join to help improve others daily lives with their ideas. Many join to improve to them self's and learn where they belong in this crazy world. And many more join to show off their gifted talents and become powerful and famous among-st their classmates and everyone else. And many can get in if they show something worthy of getting in that they made them self's weather its a new device, spell, technique, idea and many more things.

And this Story will focus on the adventures of these two new students and many more. starting off with Redd Velvet. An up and coming bunny witch with the abilities to create magical fire and smoke. Coming from a big family of magical bunnies, and schools filled with skilled witches, her life style is a competitive one. Since magic's strength comes from ones self, one needs to improve ones self. like many witches she wants to focus on becoming a great, powerful magic caster that can take on any obstacle in her way. With such an ambition in mind. Even though shes a little reserved compared to other up and coming witches, shes become self centered and egotistical, yet very confidant in her skills. A common trait for many where she is from, yet often tires to keep her most inner thoughts to her self . But shes still good natured by heart, caring where it counts when needed at times. As well as naturally curious. Bravely seeking out new things to do and explore what ever catches her eye. At times being the first to bravely head into the dangerous unknown. Like the many romance novels she owns and reads when ever she gets. Hoping to maybe live out the adventures in it. As well as not stay single. A witch has her needs.

And then there the very energetic, loud, silly, and friendly squirrel scientist Polly B. Jama. since she was small shes always been so fascinated by what technology has to offer the world. with a big smile always said she wants to become a very helpful scientist and make things to make everyone she loves happy. So shes dedicated most of her life to chemistry and robotic engineering. Able to mix chemicals to all sorts of concoctions and build many different robotic gadgets. Naturally curious and hyper shes always moving around without thinking ahead. She mite be science smart but she sure isn't common sense smart. Acting before thinking or thinking too hard she's often getting into trouble without meaning to. Becoming not very confidant and very worrisome, she would some times be the first to run and hide when ever there's trouble around the corner. Despite all that she wants to get braver for her friends, family, and most importantly her self. its going to take a lot of big things in her life to get there though if she wants to become the very helpful scientist she says she wants to be. Thankfully she will always try to find a way to smile at the end of the day. Especially for her friends. She's also trying very hard to find a girlfriend. She's just to shy too ask anyone out.

Their adventures together in this world will start here in Dual City institute. What secrets of these cities will they encounter? And will they stay single for long? for them their first day at collage is gonna be one to stick with them for the rest of their lives. And by the way. They are gonna be roommates. This should be fun.




An idea I wanted to make since before the start of the year. I'm making a new comic all about the many characters I made. It's a big project. This will basically be their cannon story. And one I hope you will all love. I'm gonna give this my all and beyond! >w<
