The artifact provides an infinite water source! Or maybe a decorative water flow. Probably.
(I just kinda take a standard brush at low-ish density and just kinda scribble on my shading! With a 30% and 60% opacity layer~ Sometimes I follow proper lighting logic,
sometimes I don't have even have a light source planned when I do shading and just shade for aesthetic, probably don't follow that part of my technique :v)

I hope the artifact also provides food and internet.
(Interesting. I mostly use the good old "greyish brush on an overlay/multiply panel" technique, but lightning logic just destroys my brain whenever I try to think about it lol. Except for simple forms like spheres and stuff, and even then.)

Uh.........
(I usually use dark colors with the multiply layer, usually brown, sometimes blue. I don't like making images too dark or flat looking, but following lighting appropriately
often results in me having to shade an area in its entirety and ruining the original intent of adding depth to it.)
